Collision

Drawn to you like a magnet;

Complete opposites, impossible to pull apart, without a little force.

Gravity pulling me into you, as I pass by, sucked into your world.

We collide.

Forgetting life without you,

Despite the reckless tension we’ve built between each other.

Tectonic plates creating a charcoal taste from our collision.

We coincide.

Breathing natural disasters

As our bodies shatter one another into elements unknown.

Souls conceiving intimate bonds that cannot be undone.

We divide.

Life is birthed by the atoms we’ve combined.

Our elements pull together, raging with the mass we’ve created.

Leaving us both in love and at war.
